These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by SomaSync AI, operating the ΛΛLIYΛH+SOMΛSYNC AI™ brand ("we," "us," "our"), including website design, branding, booking automation, and related practice infrastructure services. By submitting a deposit, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms.
We provide done-for-you digital infrastructure for manual therapy and wellness practitioners, including but not limited to: brand identity design (logos, color systems, typography), website design and development, automated booking systems, lead capture and email automation, and ongoing support per the package selected.
Specific deliverables vary by package. The table below reflects what is included as of the date listed above; current pricing and details are always confirmed on the relevant package page and during your consultation call.

A $97 deposit guarantees the deliverables stated at time of payment (currently: custom logo with copyright transferred to client, brand color and font system, professional in-studio headshot, and a live Google Business Profile under the client's chosen business name). The deposit is credited in full toward the total cost of any package selected within a reasonable timeframe following the consultation call.
Payment plans, where offered, are interest-free. Adjusted payment arrangements (split deposits, extended timelines, referral-based reductions) are offered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis as described on our Payment Flexibility page, and are not guaranteed for every client.
Upon full payment for the applicable package, you own the final custom logo, brand color palette, font selections, photography, and website content created specifically for your business. Full copyright in your final logo file is transferred to you and may be used freely for your business.
The underlying system used to design, build, and operate your website and brand — including but not limited to our proprietary templates, code architecture, automation scripts, booking logic, the ΛΛLIYΛH operating framework, and any reusable tools or processes — remains the exclusive property of SomaSync AI. Your purchase grants you a license to use these systems as implemented for your business; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying system itself.
SomaSync AI provides branding, website, and technology infrastructure services only. We are not a healthcare provider, do not provide medical advice, and do not guarantee client outcomes, business results, or revenue for your practice. Any AI-powered features are limited to practice management and administrative functions; see our AI Disclaimer for details.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun, as they compensate for time and resources already committed. Monthly retainer and payment plan amounts may be cancelled with notice as specified at signup; amounts already paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Services are provided "as is." SomaSync AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to lost business, lost data, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Google, Stripe, social media platforms) outside our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
