AI Disclaimer

Last updated: June 2026

ΛΛLIYΛH+SOMΛSYNC AI™ uses artificial intelligence tools as part of how we build and operate client websites and internal systems. This page explains where AI is involved and what it is — and isn't — used for.

1. Where AI Is Used

2. Where AI Is NOT Used

We do not use AI to provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or any healthcare-related guidance. SomaSync AI is not a healthcare provider. Any AI-powered features on client websites are strictly limited to business administration — scheduling, reminders, and lead management — never clinical or therapeutic content.

3. No HIPAA Business Associate Relationship

Unless separately and explicitly contracted in writing, our use of AI tools and third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Resend, Stripe, Vercel) does not constitute a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Clients handling protected health information (PHI) are responsible for ensuring their own compliance obligations are met independently of the booking and website infrastructure we provide.

4. Accuracy & Human Oversight

All AI-assisted content and code is reviewed by a human before delivery. However, as with any AI-assisted process, occasional errors are possible. We encourage clients to review their final website, booking flows, and communications before going live, and to report any issues promptly.

5. Third-Party AI Tools

Portions of our internal workflow may involve AI tools and services provided by third parties (such as Anthropic's Claude). These tools operate under their own respective terms and privacy practices, separate from ours.
